Starfleet Academy has arrived at Liberty Science Center

One of the most iconic science fiction franchises in the world has come to the Liberty Science Center.
Ems-Entertainment, in collaboration with the Canada Aviation and Space Museum, landed the immersive Starfleet Academy Experience in Jersey City.
The exhibition offers Trekkies and non-Trekkies an unique experience by living through orientation and training in the Starfleet Academy.
Recruits will be tested in six different fields and you get to share your training certificate with all your friends.
You will also get to see the most iconic original costumes and props and learn about the history and science in the StarTrek universe.
Liberty Science Center will accept applicants to become Starfleet cadets until May 28, 2018.

The exhibition is produced by EMS Entertainment, the leader in interactive immersive exhibitions, in collaboration with the Canada Aviation and Space Museum and under license by CBS Consumer Products. The exhibition offers visitors the chance to experience life as a Starfleet Academy cadet, as they attend the Academy’s Career Day in the 26th century. After student orientation, cadets will visit nine zones focused on the training center’s specialties: Language, Medical, Navigation, Engineering, Command and Science. Following these interactions, cadets will be assigned a specialty and a demeanor based on their individual training. The Starfleet Academy Experience will be open to the public in fall 2017. Calling all cadets! Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Experience opens at Telus Spark, Calgary

It’s an interactive celebration of everything Trekkie. Telus Spark opens the latest EMS Entertainment travelling exhibit this weekend called Star Trek: The Starfleet Academy Experience. Visitors can step into a Starfleet Academy replica, learn to speak Klingon, use a phaser, and guide the Starship Enterprise through virtual threat. “It’s that opportunity to test yourself as a potential recruit, but also the opportunity to see what the history of the television series was,” said Jennifer Martin, the CEO of Telus Spark.

New York, NY – To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek, the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum hosts Star Trek: The Starfleet Academy Experience, an interactive exhibition that immerses visitors in the world of the beloved science fiction franchise. The experience opened to public on July 9 and remains open through October 31, 2016.

OTTAWA, July 3, 2015 – Star Trek: The Starfleet Academy Experience, a brand new interactive exhibit which uses the Star Trek franchise as a springboard to teach visitors about science and technology, will have its world debut at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum (CASM) in Ottawa, Canada on “star date 052016” (20 May 2016).

This exhibition will inspire the Star Trek fan in everyone. Visitors will have the opportunity to become a Starfleet cadet, to beat the Kobayashi Maru test, and ultimately to pilot a starship from an active bridge.

New interactive Star Trek exhibit!

Debuting as part of Star Trek’s 50th Anniversary celebration, the all-new touring interactive exhibit, The Starfleet Academy Experience, will immerse cadets in a first-of-its-kind ‘Trek Tech’ environment. Following a student orientation, cadets will complete science, engineering, medical and command courses before graduating from Starfleet Academy and receiving their commissioning in Starfleet. The unique STEM curriculum will blend Star Trek’s expanding universe with current and near-future developments to showcase the everlasting relevance and impact of innovation and technology on tomorrow’s world. Engaging stories featuring the legendary Starfleet officers and personnel will be woven throughout each segment to ensure that every cadet will be looking forward to experiencing their very own voyage to The Final Frontier.

The average time spent is targeted to 60 minutes with additional time available at optional Star Trek games, infograms and displays showcasing Star Trek’s influence on technology. The Starfleet Academy Experience will cover 7,000 to 15,000 sqft and accommodate up to 300 visitors per hour. A condensed version will be available for smaller exhibition spaces. Extensive retail, photo, simulator and cross-marketing opportunities are available with the iconic Star Trek brand.
