Montreal, April 6, 2017 – Budding investigators soon will be able to challenge their powers of deduction at the popular exhibition CSI: The Experience. As of April 6, visitors to the Montréal Science Centre will have an opportunity to solve three crime scenes, just like on the television series.
This interactive exhibition is a unique opportunity for fans to put themselves in the shoes of a crime scene investigator or a forensic scientist. Visitors will be invited to enter a crime scene and identify the evidence, carry out scientific testing in laboratories, produce a detailed report, and examine bodies in an autopsy room. They will even be able to report to their head office in order to build their case and solve the crime.
It’s an interactive celebration of everything Trekkie. Telus Spark opens the latest EMS Entertainment travelling exhibit this weekend called Star Trek: The Starfleet Academy Experience. Visitors can step into a Starfleet Academy replica, learn to speak Klingon, use a phaser, and guide the Starship Enterprise through virtual threat. “It’s that opportunity to test yourself as a potential recruit, but also the opportunity to see what the history of the television series was,” said Jennifer Martin, the CEO of Telus Spark.
The exhibit runs from Feb. 4 until June 4 and tickets start at $22.95 for kids and $29.95 for adults. For more Info visit www.sparkscience.ca

Almost five centuries after his death, interest in his work remains unabated. The recent discovery in Paris of an original pen and ink drawing by him (estimated value € 15 million) and the acquisition of a private collection by the Polish authorities, including Da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine (1490) both made front-page news worldwide.
